The Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS) certification is the first and only team credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® and is the premier credential for high performance teams.   It is designed to elevate and enhance team development, individual leadership skills, and improve financial performance.

Students complete the two day core course and any two elective courses (listed
HERE) and pay the One-Time $159 Credentialing Fee to earn the certification.

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, now recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® is the premier credential in seller representation.  It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.

It starts with a two day core course. In addition students need to complete an elective course (current list is
HERE). After completing the courses, students submit documentation of 3 transactions where they acted as a seller representative and pay the annual $99 fee.
SRS is a global community of REALTORS® who use their ideas and expertise to professionally and ethically represent sellers.

CIPS Designation




GREEN Designation


Through NAR's Green Designation, the Green REsource Council provides ongoing education, resources and tools to help real estate practitioners find, understand, and market properties with green features. To earn the Designation, students start by taking the two One Day courses and pass the exam with a score of at least 80%. For more info, click here.

SRES

The SRES® Designation program educates REALTORS® on how to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of the fastest growing market in real estate, clients age 50+. By earning the SRES® designation, you gain access to valuable member benefits, useful resources, and networking opportunities across the U.S. and Canada to help you in your business. The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Students start by taking the Two Day core course and one elective course and then demonstrate experience with 5 documented transactions where they acted as a buyer representative.
